Boston claims their
medication is propitiatory which is not true. Their charges are way too high and their call service is much like a company that out sources to a
third world phone center. You can never get anyone on the phone who can help you. You have to wait around for the "tech" to call you back. God forbid you are having a problem since call back time is greater than 24 hours and they only work a four day week. Call your urologist and let him care for you in a
professional manner. He can get the same
drugs. I found this out too late and spend hours waiting for
Boston to call me back.
